Everyone gains weight time to time sometimes even without a reason. For instance take Sophie Austin, who got in a new great relationship and ended up gaining over 20 kilos in less than two years, even though she was still actively training, until she figured, something was not really working.
“In January 2017, Sophie Austin decided not no gain even a extra gram she had enough of this extra weight, and it was time to start training harder while quit copying her boyfriends eating habits and took control of workout routine and eating, Sophie Austin stated to MSN that, she started using the new so called BBG training program, followed it strictly for 12 weeks and lost the majority of her weight.
Along with BBG training program, Sophie also followed a high-protein, low-carb diet. She also start “drinking lots water to keep herself hydrated.” After losing her initial weight in April in 2017, Sophie fully set focus on gaining more muscles. Sophie says, after losing the extra weight “I have increased carbs to every meal and enjoy a balanced lifestyle. I eat around six times a day, all balanced meals of carbs, proteins, and fat.”
Here’s a typical day of food for Sophie:
Breakfast: oatmeal with blueberries
11 a.m.: chicken, rice, and a vegetable
Noon: (before the gym) protein shake with an apple and a tablespoon of peanut butter
3 p.m.: (post-workout) steak, sweet potato, and another vegetable
